Binrays cannot guarantee every product shown on the website remains continuously available for purchase, and we retain authority to discontinue product sales at any time. All purchases must be made by individuals aged 18 or older.

Binrays reserves the right to revise these provisions whenever necessary. The most recent revision date will be listed in the final section of this document. The terms effective at the moment you place your order shall apply to your transaction; subsequent updates will not affect existing orders. We suggest you save a local copy of these terms for future reference.

By browsing our website and submitting an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted both these terms and our privacy policy. Do not complete your purchase if you cannot agree to these rules.

We recommend reviewing all item selections, pricing and delivery details thoroughly before confirming payment to correct any input mistakes.

Items added to your shopping cart are not reserved for you until checkout finishes and you receive official order confirmation. Extended inactivity or interrupted website connections may clear selected goods from your cart, requiring you to re-add products again.

All orders created on binrays.com will be recorded within our customer management platform. Stored data includes your delivery address, billing information and full order history.

You are able to set a unique login password to access your personal profile, where you can view historical orders and saved address details. If you wish to erase your account information entirely, send your request to [email protected].

Once you submit your purchase, an order confirmation email will be delivered to your inbox, listing ordered items, payment records and delivery arrangements.

Please note this confirmation only acknowledges receipt of your submission and does not constitute formal acceptance of the sales contract. If you fail to receive this email within 24 hours after ordering, contact our team at [email protected].

Email Communications & Subscription Notices

All orders remain subject to product availability checks. After processing your purchase, you will receive a delivery confirmation email containing full shipment information. This shipping notification serves as formal acceptance of your order.

Binrays cannot guarantee all listed goods are in stock when you complete checkout. If any item is unavailable, our staff will get in touch promptly. For pre-paid out-of-stock merchandise, we will process a full refund for that product.

All made-to-order jewellery items cannot be returned or exchanged. After you submit your custom order and we send confirmation, production arrangements will commence. Once manufacturing finishes and the order is accepted for dispatch, you will receive a shipping alert.

Delivery timelines for personalised pieces may be longer than standard lead times. Because every custom item is crafted exclusively according to your requirements, returns, refunds and exchanges are unavailable, and order cancellation rights do not apply after confirmation.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. Supported debit card options include Visa and Maestro.

For Maestro and Visa Electron users, verify with your banking institution that your card supports cross-border online transactions. Visa and Mastercard purchases may require secure verification codes. Funds will be deducted once Binrays issues your order confirmation email.

We continuously maintain website security standards. All card payments are processed through trusted encrypted gateways which protect your financial data. Payment will be authorised upon formal acceptance of your order. You warrant that you own the payment card or hold explicit permission from the cardholder to complete the transaction.

All card transactions are subject to validation by your bank. We hold no liability for penalties issued by payment providers if your bank declines transaction authorisation, which will result in automatic order cancellation.

Multiple shipping alternatives are offered and visible to you during checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 working hours on regular weekdays; during large-scale promotions, dispatch may take 1–2 business days. Maximum order processing time is seven working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates calculated from the shipment dispatch date and do not account for delays caused by payment verification or stock shortages. If your goods cannot be delivered within 30 calendar days, you are eligible to cancel your purchase. Parcels will be sent to the shipping address you entered at checkout.

Standard exchange services are not provided by Binrays. If you require a different ring size or an alternative jewellery design, you will need to complete the return process for your existing order and place a separate new purchase.

Limited exceptions apply exclusively for manufacturing defects or instances where we dispatched incorrect merchandise.

All materials published on binrays.com – including trademarks, graphics, written content, photographs, designs, logos and software – remain owned or licensed by Binrays and affiliated entities.

You are permitted to download, print and store content purely for personal non-commercial use, provided this copyright notice remains attached to all copies. You are forbidden to republish, share or resell any website materials without prior written approval. No implicit licensing rights are granted beyond what is explicitly stated. Binrays shall not be accountable for incidental, indirect or consequential damages – including lost data, lost profits or costs for alternative services – arising out of website access or inability to connect, even if we were notified of such risks.

Our maximum financial liability for any incident will never exceed the amount you paid for your relevant order.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, Binrays, its staff, representatives and affiliates are exempt from all indirect, punitive or consequential losses of any nature. You accept full responsibility for implementing appropriate local data backup and virus protection procedures.

Binrays cannot guarantee site content is entirely free from typographical errors or outdated information. We may revise website text, imagery and pricing data at any moment. Despite regular maintenance, inaccuracies can occasionally appear.

Certain site services are operated by independent third-party providers, and Binrays cannot accept liability for mistakes originating from their activities. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure access to binrays.com.

Binrays’ financial responsibilities to you are defined exclusively within this agreement, unless mandatory legislation requires otherwise. We are not liable for indirect losses triggered by force majeure events such as conflict, public unrest, government rulings, industrial action, transport failures, internet outages or natural disasters.

Our maximum liability per order will never surpass your total payment amount. During force majeure situations, our contractual obligations are suspended. Either you or Binrays may partially or fully terminate the sales agreement under such circumstances.

Our maximum total liability for any valid warranty claim cannot exceed the original retail price paid for the jewellery.

Binrays accepts no liability for indirect, incidental or consequential losses stemming from use of the item.

By submitting a warranty claim, you confirm acceptance of all rules laid out within this policy. This document is reviewed periodically; updated versions will be published on binrays.com.

Subject to clauses covering confidentiality and intellectual property rights, all disagreements, claims or legal actions arising from your order or website usage shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than standard court proceedings.

Arbitration decisions are final, with only limited grounds for judicial review. You waive appeal rights to standard courts where legally permitted.

This clause applies broadly to all conflicts connected with your purchases. You retain the option to submit qualifying minor disputes to small claims tribunals where applicable local law allows.

You must first raise any dispute directly with Binrays to enable us to seek an amicable resolution. If no agreement is reached within 60 days of your initial complaint, you may request arbitration. Binrays can initiate arbitration proceedings against you following formal notification.

All arbitration will follow the prevailing rules of the relevant international arbitration body, with proceedings held in English. The arbitrator cannot award punitive or indirect damages beyond actual proven losses, except where mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Arbitration processes remain confidential; neither side nor the arbitrator may disclose case details unless required by legislation. If individual sections of this arbitration clause are deemed unenforceable, all remaining provisions stay active.

Administrative arbitration costs will be split equally between you and Binrays. Each party bears their own expenses for legal representation, expert witnesses and evidence preparation.

All formal dispute claims must be initiated within one year of the incident creating the disagreement. Failing this time limit results in forfeiture of your claim rights.

Binrays retains authority to apply to courts for urgent injunctive relief to protect confidential data and intellectual property, regardless of ongoing arbitration.

Binrays may send legally required, service or marketing communications to the primary email address linked to your account, via physical post or public website announcements.
