Return Policy

Binrays provides a 30-day return period. You may send items back to our return facility to request a refund within 30 calendar days upon receipt of your parcel. Any consignments arriving after this timeframe will be sent back to the sender at the customer’s cost.

All goods must be returned in complete original condition. This includes original packaging, separate plastic pouches, matching accessories and intact product tags. All returned jewellery must remain unworn, undamaged and free of scratches or wear marks to qualify for a refund. Each piece should be packed inside its individual original plastic pouch. Avoid placing multiple items within one pouch, as friction may cause surface abrasion. Every returned product will undergo thorough inspection after arrival. We reserve the right to decline returns that fail to satisfy these requirements.

If you purchase Binrays jewellery via third-party retail partners, please check the retailer’s own terms. Binrays cannot process returns or assume liability for items bought from external resellers.

Return Costs

Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Even for orders with free shipping, return shipping fees are at the customer’s own cost and will be deducted directly from your refund amount.

Binrays generally does not offer exchange services. Exceptions apply solely to defective products or cases where incorrect items were dispatched. If you wish to switch to a different size or alternative design, you will need to complete a return for your existing order and place a new purchase separately.

Please keep your shipping receipt and tracking ID. These act as delivery proof and allow you to monitor the transit status of your returned parcel.

All returned merchandise will be fully inspected upon arrival at our facility. We maintain the authority to reject returns that do not comply with our standards. Binrays issues full refunds only for items sent back in the exact condition they were delivered. Partial deductions may apply if goods arrive with wear, damage or missing components after inspection.

If the return is required due to manufacturing defects or our shipping error (wrong item dispatched), we will refund your full payment, including the original outbound delivery charges.

Custom-made jewellery and solid gold items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

All return conditions stated above apply equally to promotional orders and discounted merchandise. Sale products are not governed by separate return rules.
